I do agree bro... but tell me why Gandhiji have lotz of followers. Why cannot we (you and me) create the same vibration? There was something is Gandhiji ( We all have to admit). But as per father of the nation ( I strongly believe County is out mother, anyone who born here is a son of the country not father.. These cham-chas will not understand and our uneducated public will also not realized .. I admire gandhiji as a person and but hate him as a leader.

Gandhiji did make some mistakes, but so did others. We're making mistakes, too (i.e. allowing corruption and political leaders ruin our beautiful country). At least those guys had courage to face the worst of the worst. You can't blame Gandhiji for everything. I don't believe in non-violence, instead I believe in tit for tat. After all, he was a human being. At least he had courage to get beat up by bloody Brits, go in jail.
Sumit, I completely agree that non-violence did not take us anywhere, but it did help us gain the respect in the world. I am proud to say that the great nation of India is the first country to gain its independence through non-violence.

Please don't blame Gandhiji or anyone else for what they have done for India.

Briefly, I am going to reiterate what John F. Kennedy said, "Ask what you can do for country instead what country can do for you."

Like debasis, I admire Gandhiji as a person, but do not agree with his few policies. And, please don't hate him.
