There were several occasion where India has offered safe passage to militants & terrorists to avoid death of innocent civilians or damage to religious place or to avoid backlash of people due to religious politics.
Now our government at least will not let militants to have safe passage due to this precendence.

Yeh saala Lotan Potan kisi Pathan ka fainka hua ganda lota hai jo Lota le ke beekh maang raha hai. Lotan potan you should also add sex, death and destruction to your sentence of No racism..casteism...peace happiness....all sex and death. This is what our religion is for.
