One Way ticket mystery
by nagendra singh on Jul 04, 2007 02:08 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

"It is learnt the doctor was headed for India via Kuala Lumpur, on a one-way air ticket, but had not resigned from his job at the Gold Coast Hospital.
"
A two way ticket costs just 20 % more than a single way ticket. If you are going back within the 180 day time then you will 99% purchase a 2 way (Return) ticket.

But if you purpose is finished in one trip then return ticket is not needed.
Q Why did Mr Haneef buy a single way ticket even if you have not resigned?
A I was not supposed to go back.

Also the sim card was the same

A Person is innocent unless proved guilty.
Also the question which you have raised does not prove anything. Many a times a person does not know exact day of his return while visiting family members.

Lastly - if there are two possibilities why are we trying to look at the negative one - when the reputation and entire lives of families involved is at stake ?? Lets not jump to conclusions - After 9/11 attacks many so called suspected terrorists supposed to be part of the suicide mission were found to be alive. Hence let us not be blinded by religious bias.
