Given the fact that 1) Haneef's story checks out completely, 2) His education background is good, 3) His personal background is completely clean, I would say that he is innocent. Forgot for a moment that he is an indian or that he is a muslim. Just look at the facts.

if he's innocent it's well and good. but ther's no smoke without fire. some bloody muslims belongin to other countries must have brainwashed him. in the name of religion they must have trapped him.
