Even after so much had happened two years back, what BMC and MMRDA is doing is blaming each other for total failure in managing the rains in this city.

Mr. Uday, no one is expecting BMC/MMRDA to control the rains, but to have proper quality control so that the drainage system is up to speed, the roads are driveable, etc.
