I think the size of rain itself is increasing.. It's too much and in such a short duration.

I believe it is because of Global warming. It's changing such as rainfall patterns, snow and ice cover, and sea level.

Whom to blame!!!

because when there is no rain, people work naked at night, so as to please to rain god.... do you read some news in the past Boral Moumita?
