Why should we place a constable who got around Rs 100 as bribe around 40 yrs ago? So a better alternative is to place a women who swindled crores of money, helped her husband from criminal case. She is more talented than the constable.

we want a non politcial person like dr kalam, or mr narayana murthy, TN Seshans or anyone who has the guts to voice his opinion we do not want some one pliable like pratbha patil a small time crook whose only qualification is siphoning of kargill war victim funds

A bank fraud is far better and far superior then the corrupt constable. It is nations pride to elect/select the best in the category. So let us elect the most corrupt for the president post.
