it is not clear why UPA did not support the candidature of kalam and proposed the name of patil, after rejecting the names of p mukherjee, arjun singh, shivraj patil, dr karan singh, sushil kr sinde, moti lal vora etc? why left supported her just bcoz she is a lady, sycophant of the dynasty and married to a sekhawat?
how patil, with such a dubious past and strange present, is better than kalam?
