Its govt. duty to provide proper infra-strcuture to common people (as they pay taxes for the same)..but at the same time its citizens also duty to keep their city clean..for e.g. dont throw away things on road (put them in dust bins) so that those will not block the drainage lines, try to avoid traffic jams (follow the rules) so as to reach home safely and earlier, lastly but most important.. if our local Netas are not listning.. then bit them and throw them in salty (sea) water.. so as to take revenge and help them learn a lesson..:)

are the govt. officials follow the so called rules? why do we want these local netas, they use for nothing. they only wants their tummy full of money and liqour
