The financial capital can be shifted to the second capital of Maharastra i.e. Nagpur. Nagpur has all major bank braches and also a brach of RBI. Nagpur is in exactly centre of India and also safe from everything. Nagpur is well connected with Rail, Road and Airport. It is comming up with International Cargo hub. Nagpur is emerging hub for IT and other industries. Sifting Finincial capital to other cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkotta, etc will be a bad idea because they are already over crowded and struggling for infrastructure.

Did u forget abt the communal sensivity in Nagpur recently. No doubt Nagpur is a good city in terms of infrastructure but I think we should give a second thought on it.
