It is sad that such things are happening. If these are happenings due to stress, govt should at once try find out a suitable solution.We have to stop it at any cost. Army men deployed in such risky areas should not kept more than a year in such places. There should be rotation. After all they are also human beings, have families. Govt should find out a lasing solution for Kashmir with Pakistan and other interested parties. This can not go on and go on.
