i think it is all because of their insensitive senior rank officers who in the name of discipline harass the lower rank officers. the person who is posted in remote area away from family couldn't couldn't cope up with all these things ultimately suicides. a person who is socially cut off from his family needs moral support and morale booster otherwise these incidents will repeat again and again.

and also who knows whether the jawans who commit suicide know some very exploding facts about the seniors and the prevalent problems in the areas where they are posted... due to helplessness in overriding the seniors and or any other alternatives, the faithful jawans may be thinking of ending their lives then and there....
