Wow! Only a lunatic can claim that Indian Army is demoralized in fighting Ulfa. It's the weakness of Indian political setup and there are people like Indira Goswamy who are playing puppets of Ulfa else Indian army would have wiped out Ulfa long back. Terms set by Indian Govt are very lenient. Govt. must set a time frame for Ulfa to accept else face wipe out. Whenever Indira Goswami buys time, Ulfa breaks its word and starts violence. She is either a part of them or playing into their hands.

very true............ULFA is loosing public support even in its so called THEIR state. Even Assamees doest like ULFA...........ULFA doesnt represnt people of Assam.......they just a another Terrorist organisation which is being used by our neighbouring country against INDIA............and people of Assam understand this very well.
