The senior officer's must change their attitude towards their junior officers.
They must not be domineering but must be supportive.
Only then will such incidents be averted in future.

Attitude is individual property..

let me tell you.. every officer in Defence has.. his/her junior. to whom are you saying to change his/her attitude.
