Army is there for civillian & civillians r there coz of Army. Its a sensitive issue which requires are concern rather blaming on each other. We all knw who is suffering more The civilians or Forces. So i guess we shud show some respect 2 d forces they don't get paid as MUch US of A MNC do not dat MNC give u less stressful life but its still easy 2 live. If some1 has commited sucide there cud b 10 other reasons to it.SO many grls & guys r commiting sucide & families too soo Y not ppl accuse some 1 for dat. As far as competence & comparison of India Army well Must tell u it depends upon how much moneyis allocated 2 our forces v r not having enuf fundz to provide d best to our ppl not all have bulet proff jackets to start wid & even those who do wears the heaviest most jackets which r a burden of i ts own. If v all fite like t his wid in don't thinkv reachne where. So let the wrong ppl on both side speak wat they want in d End v all have 2 together JAI HIND..

m n c are all bunch of joker, when any country like india open their market they pay high salary in the term of dollar,, in usa australia, all people salary are same 19to21 difference,, whearas in india, rhey creare greed in management level to do them out of humanity,,greedly to push up thair sale and put 100%hold on market just to exploit it for ever,,,capitalism is system of inflation and manipulation,,in western world, all people livinng like a machine,, no sister, brother, morthe and father,, they are all machine and like exploitator,,they are going to do in india,,,well done india,, all iim ,iit are greed of hunger who are ready to work for them instead of chosing any solution to our people proplems,,

Mr Dhillon , Indian Army doen't need your sympathy. Don't compare soldiers with other professionals. It's still the very sacred place where quota has not been able to set its dirty foot. So I will have to tell you that inspite of lower salaries and physical hardships, Army people are very happy to be away from you civilians and politicians. Don't sympathise show empathy and give respect. Think about people who leave the Army and end up as securities guarding mills, factories and hotels. Practice what you preach. Todays only movies and media glorify the forces. But tell me sincerely have you ever helped an Army man during his miseries, while he is always there with you clearing Earthquake debris, evacuating flood victims, spraying anti mosquito liquids and saving ministers in Parliament and many others.
Just help one man out of his miseries, thats the biggest service you will do the Defence forces.
