PTI is third rate yellow news agency. Its a news item and they begin with their opinion - "In another case of stress....." How did they come to that conclusion. At least the dead captain deserves better. PTI is still living in the past. They still think they can get away with such rubbish. Rediff, pls. boycott such worthless news agencies.

Yes i agree but if the news is correct than that officer who is respossible should be punished max. Indian army is not a doll that anyone will play with it,its a team work and collective ownership everyone has to take the respossibility.
