It is really a matter of shame for all municipal authorities , whether its Mumbai or Delhi its the same story everywhere, if municipal authotities cannot deliver, they should be sacked immediately and no PF or gratutity should be given to them. When municipal authorities canno do their work ,then why to waste the money on them, its better they should shut down their shop

First Government should stop permanent jobs - security is causing procrastination in the employees and they do nothing, sit and eat public's money.

yes amarakbaranthony.. NGO's staff is feeling secured their job, that's why they dont bother about common ppl.
first they must be appointed as 5 year temporary basis, then u can see output from these employee.
