Water sharing- no end in sight....
by Rangasamy Vijay on Jan 30, 2007 09:41 AM   Permalink

Our local politicians in any state are all shortsighted and are scared to take a decision fearing vote bank and opposition. The centre is not only partial but too docile to enforce a proper strategy. See how many years they are dragging this Cauvery issue. It will continue beyond this present CM's grandson's rule (assuming dynasty rule which is the "modern progressive" trend in a secular India)or will end when this great river itself dries up . All these politicians do not respect SC's ruling also. Hence moving the courts is only a "buying time attitude" and they will try to cash on the situation to wrangle few more extra votes from the gullible public.
God save India from the clutches of wretched poitics.
