water, air and earth are common for all and the haves should share with the havenots.....States haveing water or resources that are very essential to human living should be shared

edwin, ur comments are practically not possible to apply. since many states are not willing to share with water with other states in india. interlinking of river will be a possible solution. but that will take atleast 50 years to complete, if there is no food to eat and not water to drink then politicians will take decision on interlinking river, otherwise they wont.
