whenever congress is in power, there is more and more terrorist problems.
all know why congress is so soft on terrorist organizations. why bangladeshi and flooding india and why ISI is getting stronger .

What? The parliament attack took place when the BJP was in power. A number of bomb blasts took place (Bombay, delhi etc) when BJP was in power. Think objectively... just because you like BJP is no reason to make unsubstantiated claims. Who says ISI is getting stronger? You?
