All recipients in their respected fields deserved their awards should not be disputed. But there are essential PARTICIPANTS for NATIONAL SECURITY' like Defence, Para Military forces, and 'now much maligned POLICE' (barring selected stupid lot), who have been ignored - for "political reasons" or internationally motivated policies may be a debatable point for times to come. THEY DO HAVE A ROLE IN building strong the nation.
