Capital punishment
by Sreekanth Devarakonda on Jan 25, 2007 08:25 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

In the Indian law system, if someone murders another human being, he is given death (or life imprisonment) as a punishment. i dont understand why the lawmakers cant apply the same rule of awarding death sentence to these terrorists who try to kill many innocent people ? detaining them is inviting trouble as experienced in the flight hijacking event in 1999.

I agree with you sree. But with whom we can say. One who sat at the top only corrupt, ready to sell our county, we can't expect from them these kind of changes favouring India. One who has attacked the parliment only still alive and supported by this government. We should blame our voters means ourself.
