US tried to scare us and supported genocide in East Pakistan.

Every one knows that USA supported genocide in East Pakistan by Pakistan Army which largely consisted of Punjabis. It was an army against their own people .

In the name of cold war against Russia and allies of Russia (read India), USA did not show any conscience or humanity and asusual politically ignorant US citizens kept silent as much as they did when USA president ordered atom bombing of Hiroshima , killing a million innocent civilians. A full two weeks after, he ordered another atom bomb on Japanese at Nagasaki. Still in that so called democractic country the foolish, ignorant , civilian population of USA did not raise any outcry against use of an atombomb.

USA president used such invectives, such abusive language against Mrs.Indira Gandhi when Pakistan was split in two pieces that it could not be put in print.

Under US laws the secret records of the administration has to be put to public scrutiny after 25 years and hence they were published. And we know today, how adamant Indira Gandhi refused to hear , heed any US warnings. It was Indira Gandhi who gave strict orders to go ahead and finish the war , by taking over entire East Pakistan.

Anyone who read the history know that even Gen.Maneksha developed cold feet when US 9th fleet poisitioned close to Calcutta in Bay of Bengal and constantly threatening with an atom bomb attack on the city.

Indira called it as great US bluff and ordered the army to carry on.

That was her greatness.

It is strange that such a great lady was murdered by her own security in her own home. Is it how we pay our respects and gratitude to our leaders who brought glory and confidence in our own countrymen...!!!
