Well, it's the Americans who are pressing the panic button, because they rely on satellite applications of the military so much. These days India is forced to take a stand based on America's response. The americans say missile attacks on satellites can give rise to debris that can damage other satellites. And looking at the damage their total and irresponsible consumerism has created here,on the planet,to voice their fears about some satellite in outer space being damaged is ridiculous. It was a country which tested an atomic bomb on humans,not once,but twice on an all but defeated force.Paranoia drives their diplomacy.
