Those who dont know their history are condemened to repeat it. The same people who armed the taliban are now fighting it (reminding you that military solution and killling people dont always work).. Arming the Northern alliance has given rise to more warlords and drug and gun runners. i hate the attitude of these jingoists who have no clue how this planet functions. India has taken a huge step forward by inviting Afghanistan to join SAARc and opening the doors to a fledgling democracy. Economic prosperity and respect will do more than people who think they can bomb their way to glory. I respect christian values but cannot stand the neocon ultra right wing morons who neither know politics nor religion.

Yes! Today, in this world than any other country India has done and committed to do more for Afghanistan.
