I am really glad to know about it... but why this is only for spouse why not for other dependents.

Hello Mr Dixit. A dependant can only be your wife or your children (who can come in H4). And its very obvious that your child cannot start working. So this rule can only be suited for your wife. Do you need any further explanation

You have a horrible knowledge of English language,what are u planning to do in US???None of my concern ofcourse but u are already so concerned about wife's rights and other dependents' rights,u must have planned something big if u get a chance.
