It is comfortable to be a criminal in this country.The rise in the incidents of rape and murder is due to this particular aspect .since most of our politicians themselves are criminals , hey do not allow the enactment of more stringent laws providing for severe and capital punishments .the society is more important than the indiividual's liberty and life , because the individual can no offer tothe society the security that the society can offer to the individuals and nothing other than fear of punishment is more effective in correcting or at least restraining criminals ..
