USA (and most Western countries for that matter) has no poverty, starvation, has lowest maternal/infant mortality rates and has all basic amenities for its people and therefore is looking into international political arena. Whereas we have poverty, starvation, highest maternal/infant mortality rates and even basic amenities are not available to our people. Let us first set these right before going global.
