He is stupid,but remember one thing that about gandhiji lots of things people don`nt know.he is politician. read referances of freedom fighter saverkar books and biography of other freedom fighter like subhashchandra bose.

Aw come on people...Gandhi is not a saint, even if he is I wouldnt mind a joke on him....so what if he makes fun of Gandhi..besides like he said it was just a role play...nothing offensive. Besides, i think this has now become a fashion, accusing people of defamation...several jobless idiots around...especially in India...

GURU not only dubbed in Tamil and it also released in telugu as GURUKANTH. Every body appreciated the photography, music and direction of Maniratnam.
