Its not as though supreme court will completely remove all the laws inserted in the Ninth scd.I think what has been written here is as though all the laws inserted since 1973 will be removed from this scd.This will not happen and this judgement says that the laws in this schd which was previously immune to scrutiny can be challenged.So I feel this will not change any existing laws related to Land reforms if they are for the public benefits. Somebody correct me if Iam wrong.
