The fact that the Parliament is manned by Polity's elected representatives obligates it to legislate in People's interests under the overall expectations embodied in India's Constitution. As a constitutional body itself the Judiciary has the responsibility to ensure that the Consitution is upheld at all times in tune with the prevailing conditions.The judgement of today formalises this. So we should celeberate the same and also commemorate the same every year.After a long time a national event has taken place which gives us the reason to hold our heads high!!
