My heartiest congratulations to all the scientists and staff at ISRO and others who made the PSLV possible. Living abroad, I can't tell I happy and proud I feel on all the achievements India makes in the field of science and technology and space research. I truly believe the 21st century will be a century of India and Indians ruling on the world!!!
