It is not a good news for Baba Ram Dev mission and our Ayurved concept.

Why we are not under satand, Which is I do, it is good for us or not?

I saw many time that Peropel's are made a roll of crowed wihout knowing what he gain or not.

Many "sat-sang" cam or Yoga camp. we saw a large No of peoples.

We take very litly,without knowing any right method of Yoga People do it, to see the CD or Vido.

It is today requirement for Baba Ram Dev to Instruct the People he don't do any Yoga without certified instructor otherwise he find negative result.

Starting any Yoga we should be give our past record to the instructor so he deside what is benifical or not.
