in this case i would rather say the related police and politicians as well as the culprit should be given torturous punishment... give the damned police who are responsible horrific pains to make him realise atleast 10% of wat pains the parents have got.. its high time our government took ANY action and not just let these scumbag police and politicians thrive on our money and lives and then harass us! the pains of a parent losing his child is awful... take the related scum's to the noose!!!
