I am sure if the Congress had won the election in Punjab, they would have claimed that the result is the 'REFERENDUM TO THE CONGRESS RULE AT THE CENTRE'

That's y they are called POLITICIANS. All Politicians will do the same and don't blame only Dr.Singh.

Manmohan Singh is remote controlled by Sonia Gandhi ..Kumar Swamy is remote controlled by Devegouda.At least KumarSwamy does not claims himself to be a great intellectual.
