dear citizens what an apathy? 3/4 do not know what law is,why it is there?who is it for? when is it going to help them. the rest of the 1/4 are busy manipulating it according to their own ways for their own benefit in their own way. arent we raping the innocence and molesting the fabric of morality we once stood upon. it was once we listened to our inner voice and ask why do we show so much when we cannot realize even an ounce. satire is what the poor want clothes to wear,food to eat, house to stay,money to spend for an honest living.let those judicious people come down from their beauricratic palaces and their limos and see what many supererb humans did before they set their feet towards doing something for the society and mankind. if your own daughter and wife wears skimpy and revealing clothes you have NO RIGHT to speak against vulgarity.RAPE is forced sex right.then do not rape the system, let it heal, laws,byelaws,ammendments do not enforce neither do they empower the strict vigilance of social protocol in human behaviourial characteristics.

well said buddy!!!,girls wears revealing clothes, they blame men for their mindset but look at what they wear...it is the human tendency to get attracted towards certain things,,why dont these "ultra modern" women understand this simple thing, they should keep some control over themselves, its very easy to blame men for their mindset,but the fact is that girls waer such outfits so that people should look at them...imagine if no one take note of it....will the condition be same????

Thats right, Most girls in the metros are shameless, they do anything, wear anything in the name of equal rights, freedom, etc. and cry foul if anything goes wrong. They have no control over their behaviour, and expect men to be saints. T.V and media ads, Movies fuel this fire. First women wear decent dress and behave like a female. Then most of the problem can be solved easily.
