There are several news channels claiming Sabse Tej. But donot have this news. i know this is not due to infrastructure but due to enhance use of power and also due to wastage of power in street lights, housing lighting etc.

Arre bhai Amitabh aur uski family kya kar rahe hai dinbahr yeh kaun batayega phir? Agar woh NRI ka light gaya toh woh news hogi, common people gaye tel lene....
