      in 1947 Congress gave 70 crores to Pakistan

in 2007 Congress gave 7 crores to pakistanis( 70 x 10 lacs)

Who said history doesnt repeat itself !!

What this has to do with this train tragedy? You have no idea what you are talking about. You just want to publish your name. FYI, India paid money to Pakistan because it was once country before and after the partition funds from the federal governement was supposed to be divided among the two nations. What is so wrong in that?????
