I feel all who do these kind of things are sick of there mind or has an unstable mind and they deserve to be eliminated from the societies. But again this can be misused also as always the one who makes the allegation is not right. But yes if proved guilty then there should be capital punishment for this or stone them to deth in public

IF ANY BODY HELP US BY GETTING US EMAIL ID OF THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA WE CAN START SENDING EMAILS DIRECTLY TO THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF.PLZ HELP THIS GIRL.
