Staines murder: Dara Singh's death sentence commuted to life term

The Orissa High Court on Thursday set aside the death sentence awarded by a special Central Bureau of Investigation court to Dara Singh in the sensational Graham Staines murder.

We are talking about a rape of a child girl, what Staines murder has got to do with this.
As it is even he was doing the same thing killing the original religion & converting incocent tribals to some foreign religion. Even though we don't agree with the punishment he recd.

The Stains murder case cann't be compared to this case.It was different issue and ultimately Dara Singh has got some punishment.But I think one should ponder over as to what were the activities of Stains which had infuriated the locals.Was Stains really innocent?I agree that the manner in which Stains was murdered,was very cruel.
