This is welcome decision. Why Pakistan wants to get involved in the probe? Are Indian agencies inefficient? Or do they have dubious track record? What is the valid arguement from Pak for this joint probe? More so after the initial clues of involvement of Pak based terrorist groups, not involving Pak agencies is a wise thing to do. ISI is known to tip-off al-quaeda terrorist and thats why still Osama is atlarge. We cant afford to do that.
