Don't these boats carry lifesavers???????

why the hell can't the govt have mandatory lifesavers on these boats, especially when children are travelling?

I second you.

Why there are no life savers in the Boat. And, especially when kids are aboard.

Not just lifesavers. It is reported NOT to even have a license. Tourism industry must be more vigil. Lives need to be valued more. A certain quality needs to be maintained, even if it means some people having to loose jobs.
