Why do we need to continue with the train, bus etc as confidence building measures (CBMs). If the intent is not there between the two Govts to handshake, how can the people to people contact work? History shows us that this is a completely failed solution. Whether the 2 World wars or the cold war or the Sino-india war or Indo-pak ones. Forgot Hindi-Chini Bhai Bhai?? These CBMs will only help people to exchange terrorism and nothing else. These cross border tourism will not work unless there is an intent of peace (unconditional). Pak openly proclaims that there cannot be peace unless Kashmir is solved...how can you find peace then??
