who is responsible for this attack

I say this is our gov failure to provide safety to the innocent people. And there is no value for people life al all. 99% people expected that this could happen in one-day but unfortunate thing is our gov didn%u2019t expect this before. And our politicians don%u2019t care about public life.. But they want votes, for the votes they can do any risk and they can play with public lives.
We know we have a major threat with terrorists, and why we are so soft with them? All other countries in fact total world is fighting against terrorism and we are treating them a political issue? What we gained so far? Why cant we change our way to protect our people?

One cannot say that this is the failure of the government. It is the basic attitude that is prevalent in India--- casual aproach. This is not an ordinary train. This train is only for those who have valid passport and Visa's . had the police and the staff checked properly all the luggage of the passengers , this would not have happened.
