its disappointing
by felix nicholas on Feb 19, 2007 12:18 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

traditionally its the dravidian parties that have championed the cause of federalism and decentralisation of powers from the centre to state and have been steadfast against article 356. with this they lose all their credibility (if anything is left). congress has always been arrogant towards state governments and this govt with educated, law abiding ministers (itself a luxury for India) to make a decision like this is disappointing to say the least. will we ever have some morality in politics?

Modi does not only deserve to be a CM but also should be PM of INDIA. Go and ask the common people in Gujarat and you'll get the same answer. Fools like you won't understand the reality on the ground.
