Foreign = outsiders - does not necessarily mean Other countries. May you should question your comprehension abilities.

ya ya... Mulayam was so strong in geography in school (read his Kustee ka Akhara) that he was taught UP is a country and everything outside UP is foreign land. Since when does 'foreign' mean 'outsiders'? Raj saab... dont make yourself a stupid dictionary with untrue meanings.

rather you should question your own comprehension abilities. if he had meant outsider, it is always outsider or opposition who want to topple the govt why would he use FOREIGN. He may have used the foreign for outsider if someboday had asked him-- are your own party members trying to bring you down. Then answer should be -- no its a foreign hand.
it has become custom of every politian to blame everything to a foreign hand.
