Article 356 should be abolished. Any state government voted in by the people should not be dismissed. Perhaps there is other ways to take care of what article 356 tried to safe guard.
I would be interested to see if other federal setup have such provisions in their constitution

to be very frank, Indian constitution does not give a chance to the people of India to give their voice. the constitution is imposed upon the Indian when British so-called left. we are still slave and one cannot hope any good to be delivered from the constitution of India as it was selected by referendum or elected people who created this constitution. So why expect. try for true freedom of India now from so-called own people.
