I don't understand the need for such articles at this point of time. Its unfortunate that rediff.com comes up with such sensationalism to attract more viewership. Ultimately what it leas to is a lot of hatred being generated through the forums.

These kind of articles should come again and again. Only then will we be alert to any more threats to our freedom! We have to learn from history. History repeats itself!
Why do you want to deny it? Arent you seeing the same thing happening again? All this "muslims first" funda by a Sikh PM with a Catholic super PM?

lets file a pettition against REDIFF for the following:
1) they are coming up with articles that are causing hatred, separating people based on religion, caste, region, state, culture and language etc etc and the list goes on..
Its really disgrace ful to see such a popular webiste behaving in such ir-responsible manner.

DEar Karan Thakur Saab, I agree with you. I will be happier if you file a pettition against the makers of 'Parzania'and Censor Board wherein a character describes Hindu Organisations as a bunch of mother f*****s!
File another petition questioning the validity of Haj subsidies being provided by our secular government to Muslim pilgrims

I think if people r mature enough, they will not fight for wat has happened in the past...and i think its a shame if we don't want to know our history predicting something may happen.

your views & the tone of language makes for quite disgusting reading...learn to face reality even if its a matter of the past so that society is aware of such demons and the fact is that a section of even today's global Moslem views are extremly rabid & more fundamental than when compared to extreme views of other religions...destruction & aggression tends to be the primary message of a section
We all have been students of history in our school days and Mughal History has always been a primary section of Indian history - anyone who studied history in school or specialized later am sure would have been revolted when he read about the Mughal periods along with Maratha & Rajasthan bravery....in a way India a land of tolerance has always been tormented by outsiders and we wish to forget our past so that we can talk & behave with psuedo-secularism now !!
Why have the followers of Sufism which taught brotherhood & tolerance dwindled....they were themsleves persecuted by the stronger zealots of their community....so how can you, if you'll are true Indians talk in such a perverted form and be seen to support one community at the expense of causing hurt to other communities...minority or majority is not the point..views like yours aggravate tension & causing other communities to react
so learn to appreciate facts of the past & learn from those not to support any form of extremism & see that such similar demons cannot raise their head ever
& finally we thank today's media and the Internet which throws subjects open for discussion & which allows us to find information & knowledge which hopefully helps us in conducting society & our lives more tolerantly

If you sue rediff, what will you do with the present govt at the centre and several like-party ruled states? Then you will have to file a petition naming all these as respondents!!
