Recently a well known pakistani journalist has described Aurangazeb's as "A 17th century fundo who was more murderous than what Osama bin Laden and Mullah Omar combined are". With this description it is so terrifying that this man has ruled India once. Better bury the history.

this can happen only in india.right from our exixtence we r meant to be tolerant n to be forgive n forget. take simply Prithviraj Chauhan, when Ghauri attacked through afghanistan,he defeated him n enslaved him,but was forgived and allowed to go when even his brother and all his commanders were against this decision. on getting a second chance for life Ghauri made another attack thus capturing Chauhan(as rajputs do not fight in the night).instead of letting him leave,Ghauri did the right thing and gauged his eyes, looted somnath temple and took him to afghanistan, where Chauhan killed him in a very bravado fashion which is still a folklore in rajasthan and i still cherish that thing.
My point is in war we should not forgive or forget. even asoka applied to buddhism where after all the bloodshed happened to his brothers because of him and he then denied everything where his duty was to complete and respect the sacrifice of his brothers and sisters died in this war.
