what fake announcements u are publishing?
the passport number of both these people is showing as AA-0000000 and AA0000000. this is fake.
plus the date of the first persons conversion is very old 20/12/2003 , 4 years old.
plus for the second person , its says:
"...Passport AA00000000, ISSUED FROM RIYADH .."
how can indian passport be issued from RIYADH?

You nonsense lost intelligence case, doesnt know that the passport after expiring renewed and issued from the place a person residing abroad.You are living in America but when your passport expired the New passport will be issued from the place of prsent resident country. Get treatment you lost.

This is truth, not fake. You can confirm through Indian Consulate in Jeddah and Indian Embassy Riyadh. You can call any friend of you who is working in Saudia and ask the authencity of this news. If you have your e.mail so we can send you the copy of that announcement.

My first passport issued in India and second passport issued abroad. My present passport also issued abroad. I have first copy issued in India and rest issue abroad. Dont fool yourselves.
